commission for
 they are her OC Sailor Moon characters Harmony and Charity, twins daughters of Chibi-Usa (Rini). they wear the same type of serenity dress as Usagi and Chibi-Usa did with some slight variation: the double strand of pearls are farther apart, making for a more corsetted waist. (yes they still have those shell-like poofs on the arms, what were the animators thinking? lol) i put the usual pearls worn in the hair going around their odangos (they need individuality lol) and I tried to make them more pearl like than glass.
