ChibiUsa-hime!!! (princess Chibi Usa)

my first work after giving up drawing for lent so i really tried to put my heart into it. i have to say, 50 days without drawing or coloring is really really hard, at least it was for me. so when i could finally resume my favourite pasttime, it was like hugging an old friend again lol. yeh totally lame but i am lame ha ha. . .

anyway, on to the piece. i was bored before meeting with my Art History III class and decided to draw a princess from Sailor Moon. My favourite would have to be Chibi Usa. so colorful and i love the Serenity Dress. My favourite parts would have to be the odangos and her earring. lol.

Yay! This is nice. And it's great to see a variation on the colors on the dress! And without pink as a dominant! I like pink, don't get me wrong, but Chibiusa has to wear more than school uniforms, pink, and white! (Well, no she doesn't, but yeah.)

And the blue you chose is a good shade. Chibiusa is my fave too! *faves the image*

i'm so glad you like it! i agree, i know pink is ChibiUsa's signature color, but she needs variety.

yeh, lent was really really hard. but hey! i didn't cheat. kinda proud of myself. lol.

Good for you. I probably would have had medical issues myself. I think I'm a little addicted. (48 hours or so of no drawing made me feel sick...soo....unless it was the weather, which is possible...*cough*)

I do admire people who are dedicated enough to their beliefs to do things like lent. :clap: My belief system doesn't have things like that, though.
