sorry for the long absence.

all this semester i've been in a graphic design program (probationary- yeh we have to prove we should be allowed to stay in). and let me tell you, this program has hardly left me any time to eat! seriously, i lost like one or two sizes b/c of work and paying for materials. but anyway it's almost over, i have no more projects due, and monday 12/07 i turn in a portfolio with a letter of intent AND then TUESDAY i find out whether or not they want to keep me or tell me to find another major lol. hopefully everything will go fine and i'll be able to stay in. being in college is hard!! lol

for those two left that i have to create a comp for as a free commission, i have not forgotten you, i still have your notes and i will get to them when everything calms down. i'm so sorry it's taking so long.

so i plan to whip out some comps soon. i'm tired of looking at chibi usa on my main page lol.

Hi everybody!! So I finally made up my mind and decided I would begin doing commissions!! This is going to be a trail run so the commissions are actually going to be free!! WOW right? lol. This is to see if people would want me to draw them a picture in my style and how their responses to them will be. (hope it's good) It'll take me about a week or two to complete the commissions (i'm a hard core perfectionist with my prismas ha ha)

In order to receive a spot for commissions you'll need to note me and put in the subject: "Commission". I'm only doing 5 right now for the month of May. So hurry up and send in your notes if you would like a freebie b/c after this I'll more than likely start charging for them.

For this trial run, all I ask in return is to feature the commission in your journal for at least 2 weeks. You can refer them to this journal entry if they have any questions on future commissions. All of my commissions are done in prismacolor color pencils.

Originally I had said that I was only doing 5 commissions, then I realized that I said that after I had completed one already so it only seems fair that I not include the one already finished. So, I added one more spot (#6). I don't know yet if I'll be doing more free commissions for the month of June. I'll get back to everyone on that.

so i've been thinking about this lately. . .how many people would like for me to do a commission for them? Just a thought. I don't mind doing anime portraits of them or sailor senshi. For the first few that I do I'll color them by color pencil (i'm still working on CG art ha ha).

Anybody got some suggestions? Any ideas? I'd love to hear them.

I'll post later when I'll start if I decide to do them.

This year I have decided to participate in Lent. So for 40 days I am giving up Smoothies (my favourite are from Smoothie King), coke (because it's my favourite soft drink), and drawing for pleasure. That's right. No drawing except for class.

I know!! It's the most horrible idea but I'm going to try to stick to it. Hey atleast I didn't say, "I'm giving up hygiene," lol. So until Easter don't expect any new drawings on here (yeh it's going to be hard to remember) but i might put some photomanips up.

this should help me in disciplining myself and also give me more time to complete my projects for school.

to all those who wish for more SM pictures, I'm sorry!! I promise to make up for it. Leave me some suggestions on what you'd like to see! You never know, i might go on a drawing binge afterwards and yours could show up!!!
